The Williams Mansion owner and employees work to maintain a positive health and safety environment for our visitors and staff. Thank you for following these guidelines and policies so we may continue to welcome guests into our residence.

• Advanced online purchase of timed admission tickets is required for entry to the mansion. No tickets are sold on-site at the mansion.

• Each tour is limited to 10 guests.

• Masks are required when inside the mansion. It must cover your nose and mouth at all times and fit snugly against the sides of your face without gaps. Free single-use masks are available to those who do not have one.

• Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the mansion to ensure good hand hygiene.

• If you or anyone in your party is feeling unwell, we ask that you reschedule your tour for another day.

• Guests are required to follow instructions from staff to ensure everyone remains safe while on the tour.

• No photography or videography is permitted inside the mansion.

• Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times while in the mansion and gardens.

• No smoking on the Williams Mansion grounds.

• Please silence cell phones during the tour.

• Tours include traversing stairs to enter the building and involve walking on original flooring in the mansion, so please wear appropriate/comfortable shoes.

• No food or drink is permitted in the mansion.
